ICTC and DSRCCounsellor: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Specified Stream with relevant experience and minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and 3 years experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector
ICTC Lab Technician:
Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with a minimum 1-year experience
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with a minimum 2 years of experience
