Driving Test
- Starting a Heavy Transport Vehicle from rest on the level up-gradient and down gradient- Max 10 Marks- Min- 5 Marks
- Gear Changing up & down- Max- 10 Marks- 5 Marks
- Road sense, general driving, control of vehicle in all conditions of traffic & steering control, anticipation and judgment- Max 20 Marks- Min 10 Marks
- Use of brakes, stopping, parking, reversing of vehicles- Max 10 Marks- Min 5 Marks
- Following Road Police Signals / Traffic Signals- Max 10 Marks- Min 5 Marks
- To carry out minor repairs and to attend to break down problems- Max 16 Marks- Min 8 Marks
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Mechanism- Max 14 Marks- Min 7 Marks
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance- Max 10- Min 5 Marks

For General Men
- Height: Must not be less than 167.6 cms.
- Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cm
For ST And Aboriginal Tribes
Height: Must not be less than 164 cms.
Chest: Must not be less than 83.80 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cm
