Educational Qualifications:
The candidates must have appeared Madhyamik or equivalent examination. Passing or failing is not of concern
A Married/ Divorced/ Widowed Woman.
Must be a Permanent resident of the same area under the health sub-centre.
Grade I & Grade II SHG Members/ trained Dais/ Link worker are given preference while selection.
Age Limit Criteria:
30-40 years as on 01st January 2018 in case of General Candidates. Those who are from SC ST category can apply if their is age group is 20 to 40 years as on the said date.
